There are a thousand and one ways to enjoy blood oranges. Naturally, our favorite way involves Jōcassee Gin. If you’re a fan of blood oranges you’ll know we’re at the tail end of the season. This delicious ruby red fruit comes in three varieties that are available between winter and early spring. This means either stocking up or simply making as many blood orange concoctions as possible, while we still can. Blood Orange Jōcassee & Tonics
- 1.5 oz Jocassee Gin
- 4 oz Tonic
- 2 oz Blood Orange Juice
- Dash of orange bitters (optional)
- Blood orange slice for garnish
Fill cocktail glass to the top with ice. Pour Jocassee Gin and blood orange juice over ice and top with tonic water. Stir well with a long-necked spoon. Garnish with a blood orange slide.
