Jōcassee & Tonic (J&T)
We love the versatility herbal spirits offer for mixing cocktails and have crafted Jōcassee Gin with this in mind. You’ll taste hints of magnolia blossoms and honeysuckles, hand-harvested from the banks of South Carolina’s Lake Jocassee. Add a splash of grapefruit with your tonic for a nice after-dinner beverage.
- 2 oz Jōcassee Gin
- 4 oz tonic water
- 1/4 oz grapefruit juice
Fill cocktail glass to the top with ice. Pour Jōcassee Gin and grapefruit juice over ice, top with tonic water. Stir well with a long necked spoon. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
