2 oz Jōcassee Gin

1.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur

Tonic

Ripe Pear

Fresh Rosemary for Garnish
In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1/2 pear (cut into chunks), liqueur, and gin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into cocktail glasses over ice sphere. Top with tonic and garnish with pear slice and rosemary sprig.
